Any customization or additional time spent providing services beyond those detailed above will be charged at standard hourly rates.

**Pricing does not include filing fees charged by the filing agent and the state.  As of January 1, 2021, for standard non-rush service, filing fee for incorporation in Delaware is $89.00 and in Nevada is $75.00, and third-party filing agent fees for non-rush incorporation total $95.00.  Such pricing is not under the firm’s control and subject to change.
